You can't attach Hotmail to Nokia PC Suite but you can export the contacts from your Hotmail account in CSV file format and then import them in Nokia PC Suite under the Contacts section.

Yes, it can be the right software if you have a Nokia device. PC Connectivity Solution is developed by Nokia and allows you to to synchronize your phone with your computer. If you have other mobile model you will need an adequate PC suite. For example for BlackBerry mobiles you can use BlackBerry Desktop Manager, for Sony Ericsson devices - Sony Ericsson PC Companion, for LG phones - LG PC Suite. I suggest you to visit your mobile developer website and to check for a similar utility.

The driver is used to make the computer understand the device is attached to the PC (in this case, the phone). Nokia PC Suite's built-in File Manager is used to transfer the files from your phone to PC and back.

You need to go into the Bluetooth settings and check Make this computer visible. Then you can use the phone to search the PC and pair them. The application can't make the connection because the phone doesn't detect the dongle on PC.

This application belongs to the Nokia PC Suite. It's rather strange that it was installed with Safari browser. You can remove it from Add or Remove Programs (Windows XP) or Programs and Features (Windows Vista or higher). If you still encounter problems, use Revo Uninstaller to force the uninstallation of the item.

Remove the device completely from Device Manager and then plug it back. In most of the cases, this simple trick fixes your problem without installing additional drivers or software.

I would like to recommend you to check for an alternative when it's about registry scanning. CCleaner is a good and free alternative to use for your computer since it will scan all the areas of your registry and delete all that is not needed while keeping the functionality of your system.

The PC Suite application does not offer you the possibility to call from PC to mobiles. For this operation you need a VoIP application. Skype is good for such operations. To call to mobiles, you might need to recharge your account with credits bought with your credit-card since PC to phone calls are not free.
